
Refund and Returns Policy

At Girard Grandeur, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and all tags or labels still attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, and products marked as final sale, cannot be returned. We will clearly indicate non-returnable items on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@girardgrandeur.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).
2. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. If the return does not meet our policy guidelines, we will contact you to discuss further actions.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanging Items: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item within the return window and place a new order for the desired product. We are unable to process exchanges directly but are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@girardgrandeur.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it was received in. This will help us process your claim more efficiently.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
